Corrective Exercise & Fitness

I specialize in helping people move better, feel better, and stay pain-free through the power of corrective exercise. Whether you’ve been dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to optimize your movement patterns, my approach is designed to meet you where you are—whether locally in Sedona or remotely, no matter where you live.

What is Corrective Exercise?


Corrective exercise is a targeted, individualized approach to improving movement dysfunctions and addressing pain. It focuses on identifying imbalances in the body that may lead to pain or injury. By correcting these imbalances through specific exercises and techniques, we can reduce pain, improve mobility, and ultimately help you move more efficiently.


I use a blend of movement assessment, functional exercises, and pain prevention strategies to tailor a program that is unique to you and your needs. My approach incorporates the insights I gained through my own journey of injury recovery, as well as my year-long internship with a movement specialist and ongoing experience working with a wide range of clients. Together, we will restore your body’s natural alignment and function, allowing you to perform daily tasks with ease and confidence.

My Approach 


Every body is unique, and that’s why I take a personalized approach to each client’s fitness journey. My methods blend corrective exercises, functional training, and progressive strength to help you improve your mobility and eliminate pain without relying on quick fixes or generic programs.


  • Movement Assessment: We’ll start by understanding your body and how it moves. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic pain, I’ll assess your current movement patterns and identify any areas of weakness or misalignment.
     
  • Personalized Program Design: After our assessment, I’ll create a plan tailored to your specific needs, focusing on correcting muscle imbalances, improving posture, and building strength in areas that support long-term mobility and pain prevention.
     
  • Strengthen & Prevent: I’ll guide you through exercises that not only improve your current strength but also help prevent future injuries. From improving knee stability to addressing tight hips or lower back discomfort, corrective exercises are designed to empower you with the tools to take control of your own health.
